Recently at the Indonesia International Sustainability Forum (ISF) 2024, Seraphim's Chairman, Polaris Li, signed a Term Sheet as a commitment to supply local content PV modules for Indonesia-Singapore Green Corridor Project. The agreement highlights Seraphim's commitment as the OEM and aligns with the broader goals of advancing a sustainable energy supply chain in Indonesia.
The Term Sheet was signed in collaboration with prominent entities, including PT Adaro Clean Energy Indonesia, Pacific Medco Solar Energy Pte. Ltd., and PT Energi Baru TBS. This initiative aims to enhance local content in renewable energy projects, driving economic growth while ensuring that sustainable energy solutions are integrated with local industry capabilities.
