Seraphim, CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, and ESSO Forge Long-Term Strategic Partnership at Intersolar Europe 2025

Munich, May 8, 2025 — At Intersolar Europe 2025, Seraphim, CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, and ESSO Group formalised a long-term strategic cooperation agreement, offsetting the stage for a deep, comprehensive collaboration in energy storage product development, market expansion, and integrated system solutions. This partnership aims to accelerate the clean energy transition across the EMEA region.

Under the agreement, Seraphim and CRRC Zhuzhou Institute will harness their strengths in PV module sales distribution, energy storage technology, and sustainable energy innovation, while leveraging ESSO's extensive local market expertise. Together, the three parties will co-develop tailored “PV+Storage” solutions designed to meet the specific regional climate conditions and grid requirements, addressing diverse application scenarios—serving a range of markets, from commercial & industrial (C&I) to utility-scale deployments. This collaboration not only represents a powerful resource alliance, underpinned by a shared long-term vision, reflecting shared confidence in market potential and mutual recognition of technological capabilities.
