Seraphim hereby announces that its affiliated company, Freeman Renewables PTE. LTD., headquartered in Singapore, has successfully completed the acquisition of fifty-one point nine percent (51.9%) of the equity interests in Aburi New Eenergy Company LTD and fifty-one point three percent (51.3%) of the equity interests in Wuxi Taineng solar Co., Ltd. (无锡泰能光电有限公司).
Following these acquisitions, Freeman Renewables PTE. LTD. has become the controlling shareholder of both companies. These strategic transactions are intended to strengthen and leverage Seraphim’s existing expertise and competitive advantages in solar technology, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
